Nilecard

How it works

• Every time you buy an item, no matter how much you spend, the purchase will be credited on your Nilecard. That’s regardless of whether you’re shopping in a NILE store or online at nile.ch.
• When you buy regular priced items, 1 point per CHF/EUR will be credited to your Nilecard. When you buy reduced items, you will receive 0.5 points per CHF/EUR.
• Once you have collected more than 1,000 points on your Nilecard, you can redeem them in any NILE store and online at nile.ch. 10 points correspond to a value of CHF/EUR 1, which means you benefit from a 10% discount with your Nilecard.
• The points are now valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, after which they expire.
• You can check how many points you have on your Nilecard at any time using your personal login at nile.ch/loyalty or in our NILE stores.                
• The Nilecard and the points are managed exclusively electronically on the NILE systems.
• The Nilecard is free, non-binding and non-transferable.
