Overview of delivery conditions for the NILE Online Store

Delivery to the following countries
We deliver Online Store orders exclusively to the following countries: Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece (mainland only), Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Great Britain, Norway and Canada.
We will be happy to deliver your order to your billing address, an alternative address or to a Swiss Post parcel office (only for orders from Switzerland).
Usually the delivery time of your new NILE garments is 1-3 days if you live in Switzerland, Germany or Austria. If you live elsewhere, the delivery may take more than 3 days.
You can currently pay with various credit cards, Postcard, Twint, and Postfinance in the Nile Online Store. Now you can also order on account with Klarna. You find more information about Klarna here.
All your payment details are securely stored with our payment provider SIX Payment Services and Klarna. We only store individual information that is necessary for the assignment of your order with us. For the use of your personal information by Klarna we kindly refer to their terms and conditions.
If you are ordering from Switzerland, Liechtenstein or another country outside the EU, the prices are in CHF.
If you are ordering from a country in the European Union, we will debit your payment in EUR.
The statutory sales taxes are already included in the prices quoted (only Switzerland, Liechtenstein and EU). If you are from another country anywhere in the world, this does not apply. You can find further information in our T&Cs. In principle, the prices valid on the date of the order and indicated on the order confirmation shall always apply, unless there is an obvious error.
We will deliver your NILE garments to you free of charge if you live in Switzerland, Liechtenstein or the European Union. For all other deliveries we will charge a flat rate of CHF 50.00 for shipping.
Every order and every update will be confirmed via email. By ordering you accept our prices and terms and conditions.
Exchanges & returns
Please check the items you ordered for any defects or irregularities immediately upon receipt of the delivery. You can return your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and receive a full refund. The shipping costs for returns are not borne by Nile Clothing AG. In order for us to accept your return, it is important that the clothing is returned to us unworn, clean, undamaged and intact, including the labels. Once we receive the returned item, we can check and determine if it is in good condition and if a refund can be issued.

All items may be returned within the time limit, provided they have not been previously used or worn. Please keep the receipt from the postal service, as it will serve as proof in the event of a lost package. After the deadline, the purchase is considered validly completed. Excluded from the right of return are used items or items without attached original label.
Exchange or refund
For each return, you can choose whether the ordered garment should be exchanged (if still available) or returned and refunded.
